What is the address of the Summit Facility?

Can I come for only part of the Summit?

We understand that many people are busy at this time of the year with  school, work, or other commitments and may not be able to get off the whole time that is needed for the Summit. Please email us at p4c@vision4living.org requesting the time you would like to come. These will be dealt with on a case by case basis.

What airport options are there for flying?

Port Columbus International Airport [CMH] is approx. 1 hour and 25 minutes driving time from the facility for which we offer a shuttle to and from for a fee of $30. Other airports that are relatively close: Cleveland, OH [CLE: approx. driving time 1 hr. & 40 min.], Dayton [DAY: approx. driving time 2 hr. & 30 min.], Cincinnati [CVG: approx. driving time 3 hr.], and Pittsburgh [PIT: approx. driving time 3 hr. & 10 min.]. Can I make a rooming request?

We will accept those requests on a case by case basis with the understanding that it may or may not work out.

Is there anyone who will be carpooling?

We are not organizing carpooling options. You can email us at p4c@vision4living.org and if we know of anyone at hand we will refer you to them. We would also encourage you to visit our Passion4Christ Summit Facebook [coming soon] event page and see if there is anyone attending that might be in your area or in close proximity to you.

What time does the Summit begin and end?

The Summit will begin on Wednesday evening with a dinner at 5:30 and end at approximately 12:00 noon on Sunday.

Do you offer group/church discounts?

We do not offer group/church discounts. The registration cost is as stated per person.

Can young married couples attend?

We are not opening this event up to young married couples at this time due to housing constraints.

What should I bring or wear?

What time should I arrive on Wednesday to check in at the facility?

We would suggest that you get there at least 45 minutes before hand to check in but no sooner than 3:30PM unless you notify us before hand.

Can I stay an extra night at the end of the conference?

We will take these on a case by case base. If you are in need of an extra night’s stay because travel constraints, we will offer one night’s stay for an additional cost of $50. For all request, please email us with the details at p4c@vision4living.org.

What time should I arrive and depart from the airport?

For those coming into Columbus Airport [CMH], we ask no arrivals later than 3:30PM EDT on Wednesday, October 26. Please schedule your flight for departure on Sunday, October 30, to be no earlier than 4:00 PM ETD. If you need to arrive later or depart earlier please contact us at p4c@vision4living.org before making travel arrangements.

Where should I wait when being picked up at the Columbus [CMH] airport?

Due to the distance from the airport, please know that the wait for a shuttle could be between 2-3 hours depending on the amount of people flying in for the Summit. At Port Columbus International Airport [CMH], please be on the curb at the passenger pick up outside at your appointed pick up time [this will be emailed to you in confirmation of your request for a pickup].
